THE CLIENT
“Every project begins with a thorough understanding of the client’s priorities and requirements. We provide comprehensive guidance throughout the entire process, tailoring our approach to each individual project while always remaining true to the essence of the original vision.”
THE LOCATION
“The setting, typology and orientation are fundamental to the creative process. Every project is carefully studied within its context, ensuring that each solution responds thoughtfully and appropriately to its surroundings.”
CONCEPT DESIGN
“Once the client’s requirements have been fully understood, we develop the initial spatial layout. Through a 3D model, we present the first stages of the project, including floor plans, volumes and façades, providing a clear and visual understanding of the design from the outset.”
PLANNING APPLICATION PROJECT
“At SENDA, we not only prepare the complete planning application documentation, but also manage the licensing process and administrative procedures. We handle all necessary consultations with local authorities and relevant administrations to avoid delays and ensure a smooth progression throughout the approval process.”
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
“Before construction begins, we further develop the design concept, carefully defining every element involved, from interior elevations to finishes and patterns. This approach allows the client to actively participate in and contribute to the development of every detail of the project.”
TECHNICAL DESIGN PROJECT
“During the technical design phase, we define every aspect of the project with precision to prevent errors during construction caused by insufficient detail. Our team, which includes engineers and architectural technologists, is involved from the outset, optimising every space and ensuring the project’s technical feasibility.”
CONSTRUCTION
“Once the creative process has been completed and the technical design fully defined, we advise on selecting the most suitable contractor for the project. Throughout the construction phase, in addition to supporting site management, we keep our clients informed of every milestone and stage of progress, allowing them to remain fully involved throughout the building process.”
INTERIOR DESIGN & FURNISHINGS
“A truly successful project is one where architecture and interior design work seamlessly together. For this reason, we believe it is essential to be involved in the selection of furniture and decorative elements, ensuring that every choice contributes coherence, functionality and character to the overall design.”
FINAL STYLING & HANDOVER
Finally, we ensure that every detail is meticulously considered and flawlessly executed, delivering fully turnkey homes ready to be enjoyed from day one. We can oversee the selection of tableware, kitchenware, linens, towels and decorative accessories, managing their installation and styling so that our clients need only focus on enjoying their new home. We also offer bespoke personalisation services, including engraving and custom branding on selected items, adding a distinctive and highly individual touch to every space.
